00:03If you've read this video, it's because you'd like to know how to separate text into two columns.
00:09Well, now I'm going to show you two methods to do it quickly and easily.
00:14Okay, for the first method, the first thing we'll have to do is create a table.
00:20So let's place the cursor here, click here on the top left to insert, and we'll call it table, but not just any table, a 2x1 table, as you can see below.
00:30Okay, now all we have to do is the following.
00:37We copy half of the text, right-click, copy, and go here to the first table, right-click, and click paste.
00:48We do the same with the next text that we have in the other paragraph.
00:53Right-click, copy, right-click, paste.
00:58This would be the first method.
01:00The second is much simpler.
01:03To do this, we'll have to click with the left mouse button and select all the text that we want to put in two columns.
01:11Now we'll go here on the top left to where it says layout.
01:15Once in the layout, we will see that there is a section here, it says columns.
01:19We click on columns and we can choose to divide it into one, two, or three.
01:25Then it will separate the text into columns depending on the paragraphs it has.
01:29In this case, I have two paragraphs, I will put two and here it would be.
01:37In case one, if we want to remove what would be the borders, if we click on the square here, a box with arrows will appear.
01:44So we click with the right mouse button, this table will appear.
01:49Here in borders and shading, we set the value to none and click accept.
01:56And as you can see, we have removed what are the borders.
