Transcript
00:00It looked very aggressive, looked like he was attacking the Secretary of Homeland,
00:19and he was attacking police officers, and so that's against the law.
00:25Do you think it was the right move for him to maintain that?
00:28If he's attacking police officers and he's aggressively attacking the Secretary of Homeland,
00:33yes, he should be arrested.
00:34No one is above the law.
00:40Do you think that this cuts bill is going to make it through the Senate?
00:43I cannot comprehend Republicans not passing this doge rescission cuts.
00:49And I was really shocked.
00:51I couldn't believe during the vote that we had to fight through to get it passed.
00:55The first list of no's was Amade, Bacon.
01:00What do we have here?
01:02There were two Republicans that flipped their votes in order to get it passed,
01:12and that was Bacon and, let's see, who else flipped?
01:18Well, Loda.
01:19But the four Republicans that voted against it, it just, it absolutely makes no sense.
01:25Senator Padilla in that incident was identifying himself as a senator.
01:30You can hear it on the video.
01:31Should senators not be allowed to go to events like that with public officials
01:36and ask questions like you?
01:38Sir, are you saying senators should be able to attack police officers and aggressively attack the Secretary of Homeland?
01:44I mean, just because he's a senator, is he above the law?
01:49Is that what you're saying?
01:50I've been on the oversight committee most of the day where we have been talking to blue state governors,
01:59Kathy Hochul from New York, who her sanctuary policies are responsible for killing Lake and Riley.
02:05They arrested her murderer, and they let him go, and they paid for his flight to Georgia.
02:10We've been there with the loser, former Vice President candidate Tim Waltz from Minnesota,
02:18talking to him about his sanctuary policies, and Governor Pritzker of Illinois talking to him about his sanctuary policies.
02:25I haven't reviewed this full video, but if you're attacking the Secretary of Homeland, being aggressive,
02:30and you're fighting with police officers, yeah, you're going to get arrested, just like McIver,
02:34just like Congresswoman McIver, is charged on three charges, federally charged.
02:40Yeah, no one's above the law.
02:42It's pretty easy.
02:43Your Democratic colleagues...
02:44He says he wasn't arrested.
02:45What in the video makes you...
02:46You know what, like I said, I've been on the oversight committee,
02:48where we're talking to blue state governors who are responsible for killing Americans.
02:51So, have you seen the video?
02:52They're responsible for killing Americans with their sanctuary city policies.
02:57That's more important to Americans.
02:58But have you seen the video, Congressman?
02:59I'm going to tell you, you guys in the press might think it's a big deal that this senator,
03:03that was attacking and fighting with police and being aggressive towards...
03:07But have you seen the video?
03:08Yeah, I've seen it on social media, briefly.
03:10Yeah, and I saw him fighting with police.
03:12And apparently, that's why he got arrested.
03:15And if you think...
03:16That may be important to you.
03:18But if you think the American people think it's a good idea to not arrest the senator,
03:23because somehow he's so above everyone else, you got it wrong.
