16K workers expected to benefit on first day of P20/kilo rice program  Labor Undersecretary Benjo Benavidez says around 16,000 workers from 99 establishments will benefit from the first day of the implementation of the P20 per kilo rice program expansion for minimum wage earners nationwide under 'Benteng Bigas Meron (BBM) Na' on June 13, 2025.  At least 120,000 minimum wage earners from 500 companies are expected to access the program until December.
