00:00One of the most iconic photo spots at Suenapum airport is in front of the 12 towering giants.

00:06These statues, inspired by the legendary Yaksha from the Amramakian epic,

00:11are replicas of the ones at the Temple of the Emerald Buddha.

00:14Originally placed on the second floor of the arrivals hall,

00:17the giants were eventually moved to the more spacious fourth floor.

00:22Why?

00:22Because these grand figures need a space worthy of their presence,

00:26and according to Feng Shui believes, this new location allows them to better protect the airport from harm.
