Comedy legend Mel Brooks, now 98, has officially announced Spaceballs 2, nearly four decades after the original sci-fi parody blasted into theaters. Reprising his role as Yogurt and teasing fans with a hilarious scroll that roasts everything from Marvel to Dune, Brooks made the reveal in a cheeky teaser captioned: “I told you we’d be back.” Set for release in 2027, the sequel promises a galaxy’s worth of laughs — and yes, merch is still very much part of the joke.
