00:41The agency's Board of Governors passed a resolution on Thursday approved by 19 countries with Russia, China and Burkina Faso voting against.
00:52The resolution follows a long-running investigation into uranium traces found at multiple locations in Iran, sites Tehran has not declared as part of its nuclear program.
01:05In the resolution, the IAEA expressed concern over Iran's failure to explain the presence of the uranium and called for full cooperation without delays with its inspectors.
01:15In response, Iran announced on Thursday that it will build a new uranium enrichment facility, saying it will be developed in a secure location.
01:26The National Council of Resistance of Iran welcomed the news.
01:30We believe now the snapback mechanism should be implemented immediately, all the six UN Security Council resolutions should be reactivated, there should be zero enrichment and all the region's nuclear facilities have to be implemented immediately.
01:48The resolution could pave the way for renewed UN sanctions on Iran and raises the risk of escalating regional tensions.
01:56The timing of the resolution is also critical as the sixth round of high-level talks between Iran and the United States on a new nuclear agreement is set to resume this Sunday in Oman.

05:53we need long-term guarantees that this can never happen again.

06:03Russia is constantly rejecting any constructive initiatives

06:58at the parliamentary elections, not Kremlin.

08:08Because we have the parliamentary elections on the horizon.
