00:00I'm looking for Claire. It all started at the Yacht Club, or rather outside the Yacht Club, on the Saturday, the sunny Saturday of the Music Festival, which was fantastic.
00:15It was my first time in Dartmouth, hopefully not my last by a long way, and I was there, I was chicken sitting with a friend who'd gone walking in the Azores, and I immediately felt at home in Dartmouth, with its lovely community.
00:37And then I went for a glass outside the Yacht Club to break in the music, and there she was, Claire. As soon as our eyes met, that was it. A certain knowing, a once-in-a-lifetime perhaps knowing, and it was so comfortable.
01:03All I know about Claire is that she's only recently moved to Dartmouth, possibly the week commencing the 12th of May, and I know that she's from Hull, and I know that she's lovely.
01:21That's all I know. But, Claire, if you reply to this video and email me at philshanklund at email.com, not gmail.com, but email.com,
01:38I will come down, and I will offer you tickets to see Pulp, in one of their concerts. I watched them on YouTube last night, because they're from Sheffield as well, which is where I live, and I absolutely love Jarvis Cocker.
02:02In the words of his song on his new album, The Song Farmers Market, Claire, ancient time has started living. Ciao.
