It’s impossible to become a prolific runner without experiencing at least a few embarrassing moments along the journey, and this clip shows no different.
"He (the subject of the video) was running in a track meet in front of hundreds of people," the filmer, Abdul-Hamid, told WooGlobe. "While doing the 100m hurdles, he fell and embarrassed himself."
The filmer joked that the young runner didn’t just embarrass himself but his whole school as well.
Jokes aside, the fact that he was able to get back up and keep running without delay is a promising sign that he isn’t deterred by temporary setbacks.
