01:07Sa Botong ang 18 pabor, 5 ang tutol, nag-desisyon ang Senado bilang impeachment court,
01:15ibalik sa House of Representatives ang impeachment complaint laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte.
01:20Ang mosyon ay pinanukalan ni Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano,
01:23ibalik ang impeachment complaint para sagutin ng Kamara ang tanong kung nalabag ba ang one impeachment case per year rule sa saligang batas.
01:30Paglilinaw ng Senador, hindi ito dismissal tulad ng panukala ni Senador Bato de la Rosa.
01:35Pero para kay Senador Bato de la Rosa, malinaw ng nakasaad man sa naprobahang mosyon na hindi ito dismissal,

03:59Ang kay Chua, ang mandato ng Senado ay litisin at magpasya sa inihai impeachment complaints.
04:06At ang pag-remand daw sa Kamara ay hakbang na paatras imbis na pasulong.
04:10Kung nanghihingiraw ng certification ng Senado, maitutuling na bilang certification ang Articles of Impeachment.
04:18Nananawagan naman ang Indignation Rally ang makabayan bloc sa Senado bukas kasunod ng desisyon ng Impeachment Court.
04:27Bago mag-convene ang Impeachment Court kanina, ilang beses nagkainitan ang mga senadol sa plenario.
04:33At kabilang sa mainit na tinalakay, ay ang mosyon para ibasura ang impeachment complaint kahit ang napagkasundoan daw na schedule,
