00:59They didn't want to do it. I took in hundreds of billions of dollars.
01:04I put on tariffs on China when I got in first term, and we took in hundreds of billions of dollars.
01:10And then I did it again, but I did it for a lot of others.
01:13You look at the stats, the deficit last month was cut in half.
01:18Everybody was shocked. I wasn't shocked.
01:21I think a lot of the people at this table weren't because they saw the billions of dollars that were pouring in.
01:25And the tariffs hadn't even started yet, just about.
01:28They weren't cars. They were in some countries at a very minor level.
01:32And we cut the deficit in half.
01:35And it was a big story a couple of days ago.
01:38They said, I don't believe one of the announcers on a business network went wild.
01:43Said, I can't believe these numbers. Those numbers are good.
01:46The numbers are going to be very good.
01:47I think we're going to have a great four years.
01:49You know, we had the greatest economy in history during my four years.
01:52I think this one's going to blow it away.
