00:00On the 30th anniversary of Christo and Jane Claude's wrapping up the
00:09racetrack building in Berlin, the artwork is recreated, this time with a fresh
00:14interpretation with light projection. In June 1995, the artist duo wrapped the
00:20racetrack building in one lakh square meters of shimmering silver fabric.

00:44The atmosphere was very peaceful, because the
00:54art created the people. And what we want to try is, with this fire, the
01:01many different people who live in this city, who visit this city,
01:07maybe in this fire, to unite what happened then. And I have a good hope that it will work.
01:15Cultural manager Peter Squinskaw highlighted the spirit of unity the original work inspired
01:21and the hope that the new interpretation does the same. Squinskaw said that the atmosphere
