00:00I hope to explain that it's not a cabinet revamp.
00:04What we really did was we are still in the process of examining.
00:08Now, nasa baba na tayo.
00:09What happened really here was that I put everyone on notice
00:13that you are all on, basically all on probation.
00:17And, okay, this time, it looks like yung iba,
00:21magbuti naman, maganda naman ang performance.
00:24Ngayon, nasa USEC na tayo, nasa mga agencies na tayo.
00:27But we are, what essentially, what you call,
00:32what you refer to as a cabinet revamp,
00:34it's not a one-shot, one-time, big-time thing.
00:39It is an ongoing thing.
00:41This is something, it is essentially putting all government agencies,
00:45departments on notice that we have to do better.
00:50And we will be looking very, very closely.
00:52And we will make that review on a periodic basis.
00:56Maybe a quarterly basis.
00:58And titignan natin yung mga target ba natin,
01:03nakabug ba natin on a quarterly basis.
01:06And we'll be much, much more rigorous
01:08in looking at the performance,
01:11not only at the top level, but all the way.
01:14All the way.
01:14And that's why we'll see,
01:16I'm sure you will see more changes in the future.
01:43You
