00:15and that there was no need to federalize troops.
00:18And so to have this here is really just a provocation and something that was not needed
00:24in our city.
00:26It is most important that everybody be allowed to exercise their First Amendment right, but
00:33it absolutely has to be done peacefully.
00:36Now with federal troops on the ground, we do not need to have our city under siege.
00:42I remember the last time federal troops were on the ground here and it was in 1992 when
00:47there was massive civil unrest.
00:49Nothing like that is happening here.
