Massive Russian aerial attack targets Kharkiv, killing at least three

Kharkiv’s mayor Ihor Terekhov said the attack damaged 18 apartment buildings and 13 private homes. According to him it was “the most powerful attack” on the city since the full-scale invasion in 2022.
