00:00In this quick video, I'll show you how to insert cells in Excel using a shortcut.
00:04Inserting cells is very simple.
00:06For example, if you want to insert a row above this one, just select the row and press CTRL plus.
00:12You've just inserted a complete row.
00:16If you want to insert multiple rows, say 4, select 4 rows and press CTRL plus to insert 4 blank rows.
00:24Similarly, if you want to insert a column, go to the right of the position where you want to insert.
00:32I want to insert it between column C and D in press CTRL plus.
00:38If you want to insert multiple columns, select 2 or as many as you need in press CTRL plus to insert that many columns.
