00:00So there's this phenomenon about controversial works of art that there's the establishment
00:09that wants to suppress and take down and attack controversial works of art.
00:17And this arises because there's a viewership or a viewer base, listeners, watchers, whatever,
00:28that don't know how to receive the art.
00:32And so they may get depressed or they might get angry at something that's controversial.
00:36They watch it and they get in a bad mood and they're ticked off.
00:42So what happens is the establishment then goes after the art, the song, the movie, the picture,
00:49whatever it is, and then they take that down, they suppress it, they eliminate it.
00:53But that's the wrong thing to do.
00:55The problem is not the art or the artist or the platform it's on.
01:00The problem is that you have this viewer base, these people, these listeners, these watchers
01:06that don't know how to receive the art.
01:08It's not the artist's fault.
01:10It's not the song or the movie.
01:12The problem is that you have a group of people that receive the art poorly.
01:16They don't know how to take it.
01:17They don't know how to listen to it and think about it and digest it correctly.
01:22They don't think about how is this going to affect me.
01:25How do I want this to affect me the right way?
01:28Am I going to let it affect me negatively or positively?
01:31So it's up to the listener, the viewer, to decide for themselves.
01:36It's not the responsibility of the artist to live the life of their viewer or to take
01:44care or to raise the viewer.
01:48It's up to the viewer.
01:49It's their responsibility.
01:50So the problem is not the song or the movie or whatever it is.
01:54They shouldn't be taken down.
01:56These songs and movies and such shouldn't be banned.
02:00They should be left up.
02:02It's art.
02:02Art should not be suppressed.
02:04Rather, we need to foster in the public people who receive art correctly, intelligent, strong,
02:13smart people who know how to look and receive and view art and appreciate it correctly and
02:19not blame and insult and attack it.
02:22We need an establishment that's intelligent enough to support art, even if it's deemed
02:28so-called controversial, quote, controversial or dirty or explicit, whatever you want to
02:34call it.
02:35We need a more intelligent system that supports art, even if it's naughty or nasty.
02:42These labels we put on them, they're totally ridiculous and absurd and not even worth discussing
02:53because they're so wrong.
02:55But the art is good.
02:57Leave the art up.
