00:44So the idea of Germany rebuilding their military is a frightening one.
00:49On the other hand, I understand why Europe wants to defend itself, especially as America grows very tired of the wars.
00:57And so it puts us in a difficult situation, and there are no easy answers.
01:01But if I'm the Germans, do I want to protect myself against the Russians?
01:05Of course I do.
01:06I mean, the Russians show an insatiable appetite for conquest.
01:11And every time they have an excuse, oh, just like Israel, they made us do it.
01:16They made us take their territory.
01:18It's the Ukrainians' fault that we had to invade them and kill them and take their land.
01:23No, it's not the Ukrainians' fault. It's your fault.
01:25And so if I'm the Germans, I start to get a little nervous about my historic adversary, Russia,
01:32which has always had expansionist dreams and now has put them into effect.
01:37So, I mean, Sergey, I think you'd have to agree, the Germans and the others would be crazy not to be worried about your imperial expansion.
