00:37I travel on the tube, my kids travel on the tube and someone's just told you, a former minister, a shadow minister,

00:44someone who's concerned about policing and obeying the law, you're worried about fair dodging,

00:48I'm worried about people carrying knives and you didn't report it to the police.

00:52Well, look, I've put out the video there, obviously, if the police wanted to investigate it,

00:56but I didn't want this to be about me. This is about raising a point about crime

01:00and trying to push the authorities to take action.

01:03Which do you think is more serious? Do you think it's fair dodging or do you think it's carrying knives?

01:07Well, obviously, if you were to threaten someone with a knife, that's much more serious than fair dodging,

01:11but they're both important issues and that's why I wanted to raise them,

01:15because I think what you've got to have now is all of these issues that we're seeing in our daily lives,

01:19like fair dodging, but it's bigger than that, isn't it?

01:29These things are growing and people feel very concerned and they want the police to step up.
