00:21in Pennsylvania. So I want to congratulate you. And in addition, another $7 billion to modernize
00:29steel mills, expand ore mines, and build state-of-the-art facilities in Indiana, Minnesota, Alabama, and Arkansas.
00:38So I want to thank you and congratulations to those states. Congratulations. And the bulk of these
00:47expenditures will be made in the next 14 months. It's going to happen fast. You're going to be
00:51very busy watching trucks go back and forth, loaded up with cash, or its equivalent.
00:59And it will create and save over 100,000 American jobs, including 14,000 jobs in Pennsylvania.
