00:00We've found out some more fights, though,

00:01especially two big ones that are going to be up on the top of this card as well.

00:05And that will be first.

00:06At Featherweight, you have A.J. McKee versus Ahmed Magomedov.

00:10Magomedov is a 30-year-old Russian, of course, 10-3 in his career,

00:13eight-fight win streak right now for him.

00:15Most of his wins have been by decision, including three of his last four,

00:18and has never fought in a big organization before.

00:20So, of course, you want to ease him in.

00:23No, not at all.

00:24Let's throw him right to the Wolves and give him to A.J. McKee.

00:27The 30-year-old from California, of course, is 22-2 in his MMA career.

00:32His last fight was against Paul Hughes in that split decision loss, of course, October.

00:37But he was on a four-fight win streak before that in the Bellator and the PFL.

00:40The former Bellator champion, very well-rounded,

00:43has fought the best of the best in Bellator over the years,

00:46some huge names on his rap sheet.

00:49So now he gets to welcome in Magomedov to the PFL.

00:53Going to be a tough fight for the Russian.

00:54We'll see if he's up to the task against such a well-rounded

00:57and polished opponent like A.J. McKee.

01:01Also on that card, as you see there at heavyweight,

01:05you will get Corey Anderson versus Dennis Golstov.

01:08Now, Anderson, the 35-year-old, of course, the American grappler

01:11with a lot of power, former UFC fighter,

01:13was 18-6 so far in his career,

01:168 by KO, TKO, 10 by decision as far as his wins go.

01:19The former UFC fighter is a Bellator champion.

01:21A light heavyweight, winning that abdicated belt

01:25right before they finished up with Bellator.

01:27He was supposed to fight Vadim Nemkov at heavyweight

01:30for the third matchup between those guys.

01:32They fought for the belt twice,

01:33and he was supposed to fight him at heavyweight back in January.

01:37That did not go through for whatever reason.

01:38Corey Anderson was taken off.

01:40Nemkov fought Tim Johnson instead.

01:42Now we get Anderson making his heavyweight debut against Golstov,

01:46the 34-year-old Russian, 36-8 in his MMA career,

01:50a four-fight win streak for him, 18 wins by KO, TKO, 12 by submission.

01:54He can beat you any which way.

01:55He has 17 fights with the PFL over his career,

01:58including, of course, that Oleg Popov fight

02:00that he won last year for the 2024 heavyweight finals

02:04for the PFL by the triangle choke in the first round.

02:07So this is a guy, again, you know, not that Corey Anderson

02:10is, you know, some schlub that you're just throwing in there,

02:12but, you know, a guy who's going up to heavyweight

02:14for the first time, supposed to fight Nemkov,

02:16who was a guy who was a light heavyweight

02:17that went up to heavyweight kind of more,

02:19maybe his mix, a guy who he knows well from fighting him,

02:22and instead of getting that,

02:24he is now getting the champion at the heavyweight

02:26from 2024 in the PFL,

02:28a guy who has a long career,

02:29has beaten lots of different guys.

02:31So not an easy welcome for Corey Anderson,

02:33a big challenge for him in his first fight up at heavyweight.

02:35We'll see how he does with that one,

02:36but those four fights at the top

02:38make you very interested in watching this card,

02:40despite probably a lot of guys that you're not going to know

02:43throughout the rest of it for PFL Africa,

02:45but, you know, you sure will get to know

02:46as they make their way up through that tournament.

02:48So that card in Cape Town looking very enticing on July 19th.

02:54We also found out a little bit more about the PFL Europe.

02:56Now we talked about and started watching that, of course,

02:59back on May 10th in Belfast

03:00with the aforementioned Paul Hughes headlining that card.

03:03We saw the lightweight tournament get underway for PFL Europe.

03:06Now that schedule is going to continue.

03:08We found out some more dates and some more fights for that one.

03:11On Saturday, July 5th, right after Independence Day here in the U.S.,

03:15you will get a first round battle in Brussels, Belgium,

03:19with bantamweights on the card.

03:21Then in September, you will find the semifinals.

03:23The location is still to be determined as well as the date,

03:27but somewhere in September, we will get the semifinals for that,

03:30as well as December 13th, you will get the finals for PFL Europe.

03:35So that one, we have a date and a location, Lyon, France.

03:38So we get some locations on the first round, not sure on the semis,

03:42but finals locked in back in France.
