00:09Funnily enough, it wasn't. It wasn't an instant relief.
00:12I actually felt like I was going to have a massive panic attack the second I found out
00:15because I think that's also a difficult truth about mental health
00:20is that, you know, if something traumatic happens to you,
00:22the second that traumatic event stops, you don't then go,
00:25oh, I'm fine now. Like, everything's fine, everything's clear.
00:28Like, great, I can now move on with my life.
00:31Doesn't really work like that.
00:32I think that initially, like, a lot of my friends were like,
00:36oh, well, do you want to go and grab a drink or we'll go and do something?
00:39Go and hang out nearby your house or something like that
00:42and we can just, like, talk and that kind of thing.
00:45And I didn't. I stayed at home with my girlfriend.
00:47We just stayed in that night and I kind of just realistically tried to kind of stay calm
00:53and just have a relaxed night to the best of my ability, I think.
00:57So was there relief, anger? Was she sad?
01:01It was more, I would say, confusion.
01:03It was kind of not really understanding.
01:05And I guess feeling like, why did that all have to happen?
