00:00Good morning, this is Mike. So, I was just recently asked a question about garbage disposal.
00:05What can I put down in my garbage disposal? And so, pretty much, I don't know why they named it
00:14the garbage disposal. You really can't be putting much in there at all. It's basically made for
00:18remnants, leftover remnants on your plate from after eating and so forth. But people, for some
00:23reason, want to put chicken bones in there. They'll put rice and noodles and then it packs up. It
00:29doesn't work. It's not a trash disposal. It's not like, hey, I'm going to grind all this food up and
00:35it's going to be just fine. No, it still has to go through a trap, still got to go through a drain.
00:41So, basically, the garbage disposal is for remnants left over on your plate. It's not, you know, you
00:47wipe your plate into the trash and you clean your plate with a fork, you know, old school style,
00:53and then you put it in the sink and whatever left over that garbage disposal can handle.
00:58So, but not chicken bones, not, uh, hey, I put banana peels in there or, uh, you know,
01:05sometimes they say put, uh, lemon peels in there. That's good for, no, it's for the leftover
01:12remnants of your food. But, God forbid, if you have a problem with this, you know who to call.
01:17Call Everyday Planner.com. We can put a new garbage disposal in or fix what you got.
01:21All right, we'll talk to you soon. Have a great day.
