00:37You know, the previous administration talked somewhat about pivots, but all the Biden administration
00:43ever showed the world was weakness, capitulation, whether it was the war that was unleashed in
00:48Ukraine, whether it was what happened on October 7th, the debacle in Afghanistan.
00:53Our enemies, our adversaries challenged us as a result.
00:55The ambitions of the Communist Chinese grew as a result.
00:59Under this administration, we will achieve peace and deterrence through strength, and
01:04that's by working by, with, and through allies and partners specifically in the Indo-Pacific.
01:09So that's why it's been a focus of ours from the beginning.
01:13It will continue to be.
01:14We're going out to Singapore to hold a series of meetings to ensure that region understands
01:20America will be strong.
01:22We seek no conflict with anybody, including the Communist Chinese, but we will deter that.
01:27We will stand strong for our interests, and that's a big part of what this trip is all
