00:11Well, I think it is doing what it can.
00:14The UN, at the end of the day, is the world's highest diplomatic body.
00:19As we know, its relationship with one of its member states, namely Israel,
00:23has always been difficult and fraught ever since the 1967 war.
00:30Where many resolutions have been passed, which are called into question or indeed ruled as illegal,
00:35the definition of what Israel regards as its borders.
00:40So that has set, if you like, the Israel politics on edge with the UN, and that has always been a problem.
00:51But that said, the UN has got, of course, it's got capacity.
00:58It's got an international legal right.
01:01But diplomacy is only, in the end, as good as you have the license,
01:06the possibility of access and safety for your people.
