00:18This year, the sponsor section of Pro Cycling Manager 25 has been improved and made more comprehensive.
00:25Sponsor discovery is ongoing throughout the game, and the further you go, the larger the knowledge base becomes.
00:32Discovering a sponsor means establishing contact with him, which could potentially lead to sponsorship.
00:38More concretely, during your game, a discovered sponsor will appear on the prospect's page.
00:43At the time of discovery, you will also be informed of the sponsor's possible interest.
00:48If the sponsor declares an interest, you'll be informed that the case will be looked into and a definitive reply will be given in the spring.
00:59Sponsors are now better characterized with multiple parameters to differentiate them.
01:05With the territorial parameter, a sponsor can have a targeted territory ranging from several countries down to a single region
01:12and request that a certain percentage of your workforce originate from this area.
01:16On the other hand, some international sponsors may require up to 10 different nationalities and a cosmopolitan workforce.
01:26As with the territories discussed above, some sponsors may have requirements regarding the age of your workforce.
01:33These sponsors may require a certain percentage of under-25s in your team.
01:37Results requirements are by far the most important point of 2025.
01:45Obviously, any sponsor financing a cycling team wants good results.
01:50To this end, in PCM25, four different nuances make sponsors more or less demanding in terms of results.
01:58When you sign a sponsor for several seasons, his finances can evolve.

02:33You will then have a few days to consider the proposal.
02:35You can delay the sponsor's signature in case you're waiting for another proposal,
02:40but doing so will be risky and the sponsor may retract if you take too long to sign.
02:44Finally, if you ever re-sign another sponsor later on, the previously signed sponsor may re-evaluate downwards the budget it grants you to share the sponsorship with the newly signed sponsor.
