At a rally in Dahod, PM Modi proudly flagged off the first electric locomotive from the newly inaugurated plant. He recalled laying its foundation three years ago amid skepticism. 'They said it was just for elections,' he remarked, ‘but today, the locomotive is ready and rolling.’
