00:06Here are five crazy facts about rhinos that you probably didn't know.

00:10Rhinos are the largest land mammals in Africa, and they can weigh up to 2.7 tons.

00:17That's heavier than an elephant.

00:19They have five to six sharp horns on their head, which they use for fighting and for defense.

00:24And even though they look like they're wearing armor, they're actually more vulnerable than you think.

00:31Rhinos can be killed by mosquitoes.

00:34And you're probably wondering, how do they do that?

00:37Well, it's not because they carry diseases like malaria.

00:41It's because they're so big that they bleed a lot when they get bitten.

00:46And this blood loss can be fatal.

00:48Even though they're huge and strong, they're also surprisingly fast.

00:53They can run up to 30 miles per hour.

00:56That's faster than most cars on the highway.

00:59And finally, rhino skin is so tough that it can withstand a lion's bite.
