00:10mangrove honey. This seems to be our most popular honey right now. Everybody loves
00:15it. It does crystallize very quickly but that does not mean there's anything
00:19wrong with it. It's just raw all-natural honey. We have our gallberry honey. This
00:25was from spring. My personal favorite. I think it has the Cheerios flavor to it.
00:32It's so light and sweet. I just love it. Then of course everybody's favorite orange
00:39blossom. This one tends to sell pretty quickly at markets and we have a fall
00:46wildflower. We are very short on this honey because of all the hurricanes. We
00:53also have a lavender rose that I make personally. This is an infused honey with
00:58lavender rose petals and hibiscus flowers. It's delicious. If you've never try it,
