00:59start going to the countries where they give discounts to because they're getting

01:05upside potential and even greater than the numbers you mentioned right they

01:09should be able to charge more than what they would historically have been

01:12tolerant of if they have the support of the US government than you and Secretary

01:16Kennedy is aware of all these discussions well they were artificially low and

01:20artificially high we were artificially high they were artificially low we're not

01:24gonna let that and I think you're gonna be able to handle it pretty easily but

01:27speed is very important because we can do this immediately this doesn't take two
