00:00Grayson, he signed a few players that had played, so the club was in League One then,

00:06and he signed a few players that had played in the championship, but was out of favor.

00:12They were a little bit older, like myself, I think I signed up here when I was 30.

00:17And some of us, we probably felt we had something to prove.

00:22And, you know, it wasn't a fancy place to go, Blackpool, so it was, right, we would roll our sleeves up.

00:33We got good characters, and I think that's a big thing, you got the right characters.

00:39And that's probably, and they were also good footballers, they had proven themselves at a higher level.

00:46And I think Simon's first job was maybe to steady the ship.
