“They should be thrashed”: Mukesh Khanna backs ban on Pakistani artists from Bollywood

Mumbai, May 23, 2025 (ANI):  On imposition of ban on Pakistani artists in Indian film industry, Bollywood’s veteran actor Mukesh Khanna extends support to All Indian Cine Workers Association (AICWA) decision to impose a complete Ban on Pakistani artists, singers, filmmakers, and financiers. Speaking to ANI, Actor Mukesh Khanna said, “There is no problem if any actor works here, even artist from Hollywood can work here, but when the actor doesn’t understand principles of actor, then he must be boycotted. If he lives in India, earns in India and speaks against us on their return to Pakistan, then he should be thrashed. They should be ashame off.”
