The synopsis talks about a firefighter (co-director Ted Alderman) suffering from post-traumatic stress because of the events of 9/11 who moves to a small town to ease himself, but begins to suffer terrible nightmares about people being killed by a firefighter slasher, only those nightmares start to come true.
