00:00There is incredible news for every silver investor and those who would like to become one.
00:06Silver is becoming increasingly popular and rightly so, because as the latest findings show,
00:11it is simply better than other investment options, such as stocks.
00:16So welcome back. In this video, I'll explain exactly this theory to you.
00:20and thus prove the superiority of silver.
00:24We look at both the past performance of silver
00:27as well as a possible future forecast.
00:29After watching this video, you will be as convinced about silver as others already are.
00:34I am sure this video will help you personally.
00:37So you should watch it until the end.
00:40But one thing at a time.
00:41Before we begin, I must give you the legal notice,
00:44that the content of this video does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation for action.
00:50What I present to you is just my personal opinion and the result of my research.
00:54But for this effort, you are welcome to leave me a free subscription.
00:58The first indicator we will look at is past performance.
01:03This is really very extraordinary.
01:05Over the last three years, silver has delivered an incredible 48% return.
01:11In the last five years it was even 84%.
01:14That’s over 16% per year.
01:17This alone makes it clear what incredible potential lies behind silver.
01:22But let’s take a closer look at this.
01:24When talking about investments, equity funds are often considered a good comparison in terms of returns.
01:30The so-called Dow Jones is often mentioned here.
01:33This consists of the 30 largest US stocks.
01:36And thus reflects quite well the development of classic stock investments.
01:40But now comes the unbelievable.
01:42Silver beats this trend by far.
01:44And this despite the Dow Jones performing very well.
01:48The best part is that silver doesn't just perform better in the short term.
01:51No, over the last five years, silver has performed even better than the Dow Jones.
01:59This is truly unimaginable.
02:01To make this even more concrete, here is an example.
02:04If you had invested in the Dow Jones and thus in stocks over the last five years, you could have enjoyed a positive performance of 55%.
02:11That's quite good.
02:14For example, 100,000 euros became 155,000 during this time.
02:19But now pay attention.
02:20If you had invested the money in silver instead, you could have enjoyed an increase of over 80%.
02:26That's one and a half times as much as the Dow Jones.
02:29Accordingly, the 100,000 euro investment would have become 180,000.
02:35An impressive difference.
02:37So you see, in the past, silver has performed significantly better than stocks.
02:41An investment would have been worthwhile.
02:44However, anyone who knows anything about finance will note that past performance can never be an indicator of the future.
02:51And that is of course absolutely right.
02:54So what should you do in such a situation?
02:56Is it too late to invest in silver?
02:59Or is the price explosion just around the corner?
03:02Of course, this cannot be answered 100%.
03:04But one can consider which scenario is most likely.
03:08The price of a good is determined by supply and demand.
03:11This is a law of nature.
03:13So let's take a look at the supply, demand and utility of silver.
03:18In order to be able to make a forecast for future price developments,
03:22we go with supply and demand.
03:24I will start by asking.
03:27I think it will come as no surprise that demand for silver has increased dramatically in recent years.
03:33Silver is simply becoming more and more popular and more and more important for our everyday lives.
03:37But more on that later.
03:38You can see exactly how silver demand has developed here.
03:42Really extreme numbers.
03:43In 2023 alone, 1.4 billion ounces of silver were in demand.
03:49This is hard to believe.
03:51To help you visualize it, 1.4 billion ounces equals 43,540 tons.
03:58That is the weight of 10,000 elephants or 36,000 small paths.
04:04And that was in the last year alone.
04:06And the trend is increasing sharply, as you can see.
04:08In the last 5 years alone, demand for 5.5 billion ounces has been recorded.
04:14That's equivalent to the weight of 43,000 elephants.
04:18This clearly shows how enormous the demand is.
04:21But the topic becomes even more exciting when you consider what the silver is used for.
04:26It is an integral part of all our lives.
04:29You could even call it vital.
04:32And this is regardless of whether we invest in the metal ourselves or not.
04:36But let me explain.
04:37To do this, you have to look at which areas are particularly high in demand.
04:41Here you can see the demand broken down by area.
04:44Do you see the crux of the matter?
04:45Correct.
04:46The absolute lion’s share of silver demand falls on industry.
04:50Silver is an optimal electronic conductor and is also very malleable and flexible.
04:55It is now used in almost every device we use in our everyday lives.
04:59From the mobile phone we all own, to the computers we use, the cars we drive, and the solar panels we use to generate electricity.
05:06Nowadays, silver is an essential part of any of these devices.
05:10So we all use silver.
05:11Whether consciously or subconsciously.
05:13And currently there are no alternatives for the industry.
05:16The already very high demand will therefore continue to rise sharply.
05:20Now you know what the demand is like.
05:23But what about the offer?
05:25Can this meet the high demand?
05:28The frightening truth is, no, it can't.
05:31Not even in the slightest.
05:33Just look at this table.
05:35It breaks down supply and demand very precisely.
05:38You can see that in recent years there has been an incredible deficit of silver.
05:43This means that supply could not meet demand.
05:46Or rather, less silver was mined than consumed.
05:50That's shocking.
05:51Above all, it must be noted that this cannot continue for much longer.
05:55Experts estimate that we have already extracted about 85% of the recoverable silver.
06:00This means that the vast majority of all silver deposits have been developed.
06:05So less and less silver is being mined.
06:08This is also illustrated by the fact that silver is hardly mined or can hardly be mined as a main product today.
06:14Silver is the main product in only 30% of all silver mining.
06:18Conversely, this means that 70% of silver already comes from mining projects that have other metals as their primary target.
06:25But that’s not all.
06:26If we assume that the experts are right, the globally mineable silver reserves are only expected to last for another 19 years.
06:35These are frightening numbers.
06:36Especially when you consider that this bill is still based on current demand.
06:41I have already shown you that these will increase massively in the next few years.
06:45So we are holding on so far.
06:46Demand for silver is higher than ever before.
06:49Due to high industrial demand, demand will continue to rise rapidly.
06:53Supply cannot meet demand today, resulting in a massive silver deficit every year.
07:00In addition, global silver reserves will only last for a few more years.
07:04Truly a hopeless situation.
07:07Nevertheless, the price of silver currently remains stable.
07:09It is rising, but not taking on the explosive characteristics that the numbers would suggest.
07:14There are several reasons for this.
07:17The first is ignorance.
07:18Very few people know what the true state of silver is.
07:21Therefore, they cannot act accordingly.
07:24Eliminate this factor by sharing the video with your friends.
07:28The second factor is price manipulation.
07:31That's right, there are many banks that have already been convicted for manipulating the price of gold and silver.
07:37Feel free to watch this video.
07:39Basically, these methods are used for manipulation.
07:43Method 1. Spoofing
07:44Sounds complicated, but I'll explain it to you very simply.
07:48In principle, traders place a lot of put options that they never actually want to execute.
07:53The manipulation works because the options are visible to everyone.
07:57So if a bank now issues massive amounts of gold sales options,
08:00then other dealers think that there will soon be a larger selection.
08:04This would lower the price.
08:06So the traders sell their stocks and the price actually goes down.
08:11A self-fulfilling prophecy.
08:13This is reinforced by the so-called stop-loss orders.
08:16These are intended to protect investors from excessive losses.
08:20If such an order is issued, the stock will be sold automatically,
08:23when the price falls below a certain value.
08:26The dealers’ sales could trigger this.
08:29In addition, panic selling could occur if the price falls.
08:33All of this leads to the price actually falling.
08:35Now the big banks are simply withdrawing their put options
08:38and buy the precious metal at a lower price.
08:41If this is still a bit too complicated for you,
08:44Just imagine the following.
08:45You have a medieval market where apples are traded.
08:49In total there are 5 kilos of apples on this day.
08:51These are distributed among various dealers and private individuals.
08:55The price per apple is set by them.
08:58Now a wholesaler comes and says he will sell 50 kilos of apples today.
09:02At a very reasonable price.
09:03If the other dealers want to get rid of their offer, they have to adjust the price.
09:08So they sell cheaper.
09:09Once this has happened, the wholesaler withdraws his offer and buys the other apples at a lower price.
09:15This is a simple but clear representation of the method.
09:18Method 2. Electronically traded silver.
09:22This is not a manipulation method in the classic sense, but it still needs to be mentioned.
09:26We are talking about electronically traded silver.
09:29Also called paper silver.
09:31Here, customers do not buy physical silver, but rather invest in contracts designed to replicate the silver price.
09:38The bizarre thing is that these contracts are usually not backed by physical silver.
09:43Banks can simply issue an infinite number of them, thus creating an artificially high supply.
09:48Usually, for every ounce of physical silver, there are 500 that are traded electronically.
09:52This, of course, keeps the price significantly lower than if the silver is actually purchased.
09:58You can learn more about paper silver and why it is so dangerous in this video.
10:01So you see, an investment in silver can be worthwhile.
10:05Over the past 5 years, silver has outperformed traditional US stocks.
10:11And there is reason to believe that this will continue to be the case in the future.
10:14Demand is higher than ever and will not decline due to industrial use.
10:19But the supply is very limited and will soon be completely used up.
10:24If you think your friends also deserve to benefit from this knowledge,
10:28then share the video with them now.
10:30And this could become your new favorite video.
