00:07One of our design goals was to make the game approachable for every type of player, sim
00:12racing enthusiasts who spend hours behind a wheel and everyday racing fans who prefer
00:18simplicity over realism.
00:22When first launching the game you will go through a basic setup of options, one of which
00:27is the preferred driving model.
00:29You will have two options to choose from Arcade, which is a gameplay style designed for players
00:36who prioritize fun and easy to learn controls over maximum realism.
00:42After selecting this mode you will have your ABS, ESP, Drift Assist and Brake Assist enabled.
00:49If you don't call yourself a sim racer, it's the best place to start your adventure with
00:54JDM.
00:55The sim case setup is a gameplay style designed for players who prefer more realism in vehicle
01:01handling.
01:02After selecting this mode you will have your ABS on and your ESP, Drift Assist and Brake Assist
01:09disabled.
01:10You will have more control over the car's behavior but it will require more skill to do
01:15so.
01:16You will be able to freely change the driving model from the game's pause menu at any time.
01:22So feel free to experiment and find what works best for you.
01:27As a rule of thumb, if your device of choice is a controller, we would advise starting your
01:33adventure in JDM using the Arcade model and then switching to Simcade as you gain more experience.
