Venezuelan Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello has warned of alleged terrorist plans by far-right opposition groups to disrupt the upcoming legislative and regional elections scheduled for May 25. teleSUR
00:00And from few days ago we received information that I simply alerted back then and now I ratified it of attacks with explosives led specially to embassies here in Venezuela, embassies here in Venezuela because during the meetings well if we put a bomb on an embassy the world will know this.
00:30And they will speak in the world about the weakness of the government.
00:37So these are people that have any kind of morals, they don't care about death, they only care to have an impact in the international level.
00:50Because here internally we know that politically their actions have discreet them and they are on the side of the law and they cannot act politically or morally because of the crimes they have committed.
01:06So they pointed at embassies as their main objective for an attack.
01:13Police stations.
01:14Because according to them they will make that the police forces to join their movement.
01:26But that's like cutting the legs of someone and telling them afterwards to join them.
01:31That's what they believe.
01:33They believe that if they bomb police stations police officers will join them.
01:37A very particular way of acting and hospitals.
01:41Unbelievable but true.
01:43Care centers.
01:44And when we talk about this we have documents, we have conversations, we have proof through phones that speak about this.
02:00Hospitals.
02:01Because that will be a shock.
02:04And now no one will be able to hide it.
02:08Something that happened in a hospital, in a healthcare center.
02:15Areas of public services, transport, gas stations, power stations.
02:27And then of course important figures from both the Bolivarian Revolution and the Venezuelan opposition.
02:33Especially those that today are leading as candidates of the opposition.
02:39It's a scenario that they want to present to the world.
02:43That in Venezuela there are no conditions to carry out an election.
