The episode begins on a deceptively peaceful note. Jung Tae-eul enjoys a rare moment of normalcy, investigating cases in Korea. Meanwhile, Lee Gon, back in Corea, is consumed by thoughts of Tae-eul. Their connection deepens across universes.
