00:13:14Introducing first, from Nashville, Tennessee, he weighs 208 pounds, Ricky Morton.
00:13:24Paul, as we mentioned, this match was taped before.
00:13:28Ricky Morton now being referred to as Richard Morton joined the York Foundation.
00:13:34But what happened this past Wednesday, you know, I was not surprised when Richard Morton joined the York Foundation.
00:13:44But what I was surprised and appalled by was what he did to his former partner, Robert Gibson.
00:13:54Well, it shouldn't have been any surprise to anybody because when Morton came out to the ring during this match,
00:14:00you notice there were no high fives with the fans, you notice he didn't sign one autograph, he didn't shake one hand, didn't kiss one baby.
00:14:08He got his opponent up against the rope, he took a cheap shot, didn't give him a clean break.
00:14:13This has been a change in attitude for Morton for the past few weeks. It shouldn't have been a surprise to anybody.
00:14:19Tomorrow on the main event here on TBS, where we'll see Terry Taylor and Richard Morton in a tag team matchup together.
00:14:29Also tomorrow on the main event, the giant head of security of the York Foundation, Mr. Hughes, will be in a one-on-one matchup as well.
00:14:42You know, a lot of subtle hints as we look at this match from a couple of weeks ago.
00:14:49Inverted atomic drop by Ricky, but as we said, it was widely speculated in WCW circles that Morton would be joining the York Foundation.
00:15:03But I certainly never dreamed that he would turn his back on his partner, Robert Gibson, as he did.
00:15:11You know, Paul, I've known Ricky and Robert since they became a team back in the mid-'80s. They were like brothers.
00:15:19Well, you know what really caught me off guard was when Mr. Hughes began to move in on Robert Gibson,
00:15:25and Richard turned around and said, no, no, no, no, no, it's not in the contract, it's not in the contract.
00:15:31And I said to myself, uh-oh, Morton really doesn't have the heart to go through with this smart business decision.
00:15:38He didn't let Mr. Hughes beat up Robert Gibson. No, he wanted that pleasure all to himself.
00:15:47In this match, as we mentioned tapes a few weeks ago, I think you can see the more viciousness.
00:15:57He's more aggressive. Ricky Morton's very dominant in this match.

00:29:51In a recent match at the Super Brawl 91 in St. Petersburg,
00:29:55Eli Gante had roundly defeated Sid Vicious
00:29:58when suddenly the one-man gang and Kevin Sullivan
00:30:02made their appearance felt.
