00:09We had a Security Council resolution which very clearly said that the perpetrators of

00:18And on May 7th morning, we held them accountable through the action which was taken through
00:24Operation Sindhur.
00:27Now having said that, I know, you know, what you have spoken to me earlier, that many issues
00:36have been raised.
00:38I honestly don't see the, you know, to me, things are fairly clear.
00:44So let me take this opportunity to spell out our position.
00:48One where Pakistan is concerned, our relations, our dealings with them will be bilateral and
00:56strictly bilateral.
00:58That is a national consensus for many years.
01:02And there is absolutely no change in that consensus that dealings with Pakistan will be bilateral.
01:10Talks with Pakistan.
01:12I think the Prime Minister made it very clear that the only talks with Pakistan will be on
01:17the border.
01:18That Pakistan has a list of terrorists who need to be handed over.
01:24They have to shut down the terrorist infrastructure.
01:27They know what to do.
01:28We are prepared to discuss with them what is to be done on terrorism.
01:32So there are other talks, which are feasible.
