00:47and extreme inequalities impacting mostly the poor.

00:52Lagi sana kayong maging instrumento

00:54na magsusulong ng kabutihan, ng tama, ng katotohanan,

00:59at tunay na pagbabago sa buhay ng mga Pilipinong

01:02patuloy na nangangarap, nagsusumikap, at umaasang magtatagumpay.

01:08Huwag sana kayong maging kasangkapan ng pagmamalabis,

01:13pagtatraydor, at pagpapahirap ng mga nasa kapangyarihan sa mga kapwa Pilipino

01:19na katulad ninyo ay matapang na naninindigan

01:23para sa kabutihan, sa tama, sa katotohanan, at sa tagumpay ng mga Pilipino.

01:30Sa inyong paglilingkod, ay magsisiklab hindi lamang ang mga minimithi natin

01:36bilang isang malayang bansa,

01:39kundi pati na rin ang pagliliyab at paglagablab ng ating lakas

01:44upang maging tunay na malaya.

01:47I trust that you will continue to personify the virtues

01:52that shaped your military education

01:55and enabled you to become commendable cadets

01:59with courage, integrity, and loyalty to your noble path of duty.

02:06Keep the fervor within you burning

02:08and continue building a bright future

02:11amid every hurdle and challenge in these times of uncertainty

02:16so you may stand as a beacon of hope and strength

02:20to our hopeful nation.

02:23May you always strive to restore and uphold

02:26the values of an independent, non-partisan, and professional institution

02:32one whose sole duty is to defend the Constitution.

02:38May you never yield to the greed for material gain,

02:43political pressure, or foreign influence.
