00:00I was just giving people a rundown on my macro thesis and how I thought there'd be a rotation

00:05from large cap stocks in the S&P and NASDAQ into low cap stocks in the Russell and altcoins

00:13if there is trouble in the treasury market. Yeah, I could definitely see a scenario like

00:20that taking place. One of the things that I definitely think is kind of overdue at this

00:25point is some kind of change in Federal Reserve policy that's kind of been being forecasted

00:31by a lot of other countries all over the world. We saw Canada, they started rate cuts as well

00:37as the ECB, they've been talking about it as well. So I wouldn't be surprised if that kind

00:42of change in the rate environment is the catalyst to start maybe making a rotation in how some

00:49of the big institutions are investing here.
