"We set up a zip line over a quarry," the filmer, Jay, told WooGlobe. "We used it for a bit with a metal wheel, but it was moving too fast, so we swapped it for a rubber wheel. Halfway down, the rubber wheel melted and seized up, sending our mate flying into the water."

Fortunately, the wheel melted while the subject was over the water—otherwise, this stunt could have resulted in serious injury.
