03:14I think like none other

03:15There's never been anything like it actually

03:18And I'm quoting sources that don't particularly prefer me

03:23There's just not been anything like what we've done in the last four days

03:31But I want to thank His Highness

03:32And I want to also thank His Highness Sheikh Tachnun for welcoming us to this beautiful, beautiful palace, beautiful place

03:46It was very exciting

03:48I also want to recognize all of the officials here from the area as well as the many extraordinary business leaders with us today

03:57We have some of the biggest business leaders

03:59And they've been here over the last couple of days

04:02And, you know, there's a great relationship with Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and UAE

04:09There's great friendships

04:10I can tell you that at the top level

04:13The relationship and friendship is good

04:16It's a really unified Middle East

04:19Something that we haven't seen

04:21The U.S. was absent for four years

04:25We didn't really know too much what we were doing for four years

04:29And things were not going good

04:32Other people were courting the Middle East

04:34But they won't even waste their time in courting them any longer

04:38The people in this room have helped commence between the United States and the United Arab Emirates

04:45Grow $34 billion a year

04:48America's second highest total in the Middle East

04:52And catching, I mean, going

04:54But, you know, the other one's going up very quickly also

04:58The United States has also put $19.5 billion trade surplus with UAE

05:05And we are really thriving economically

05:09And over the last period of time

05:12We started it eight years ago, the relationship

05:15And then it was interrupted, as you know

05:17Sadly interrupted

05:19And not much happened

05:20Nothing happened, actually

05:22But the relationship is now at a much higher level

05:28At a much higher level than it ever was

05:30And it's going to only go in one direction

05:33Because of the relationship

05:35We have American companies

05:36We have Exxon, Oracle, RTX, Qualcomm

05:40And many others

05:41Too many to name

05:42Disney

05:42I see the new theme park is going to be incredible

05:44Bob Iger was in my office the other day

05:47And he was showing it to me

05:49It's going to be incredible

05:50But we're making great progress toward the $1.4 trillion

05:56That UAE has announced that it intends to spend in the United States

06:02Over the next couple of years

06:04Yesterday, the two countries also agreed to create a path for UAE

06:08To buy some of the world's most advanced AI semiconductors

06:12From American companies

06:14A very big contract

06:15This will generate billions and billions of dollars in business

06:19And accelerate the UAE's plans to become a really major player in artificial intelligence

06:25And I read where the oil and gas and oil is great

06:31But you're going to have equally big and maybe even bigger at some point

06:35You'll be surpassing it with AI and other businesses

06:39So that's a great tribute to the job you've done here

06:43The United Arab Emirates is also making incredible strides in industries like energy, real estate and manufacturing

06:52And I see it just in the drive out

06:54And when you look at this building

06:55This building is amazing

06:57We were here last night in the big auditorium

06:59And it's amazing

07:01There's really nothing like it

07:03The global aluminum from the Emirates

07:07Has been the talk of the aluminum business

07:12They're very big with aluminum

07:13And now they're going to be spending a tremendous amount of money

07:17In one of my favorite places, Oklahoma

07:20On expansion

07:21And they

07:23I say, just build your plant inside the United States

07:27And you have no tariffs

07:28And that's exactly what they're doing

07:29And that's what many, many companies are doing

07:31The auto companies

07:32All of them

07:33There's never been anything like what's happening right now to the United States

07:38I can tell you

07:39Nothing

07:40There's never been anything like it

07:42We're at a level that no country has seen

07:46I don't believe

07:47We have

07:48I mean, every time I meet

07:50I usually increase it by about a trillion dollars

07:54Because we get news of another investment

07:56But we're probably in the $12 to $13 trillion range of investments

08:01And you can have an administration go for years and not have anything like that

08:11And not only not that

08:12Have less than $8 trillion

08:14And we're, I think we're heading toward the $12 to $13 trillion

08:19Between projects already announced, mostly announced

08:22But some are going to be announced very shortly

08:26And literally very shortly

08:28And two things are the factor

08:30Number one, November 5th

08:32That was the election

08:32We had the most successful election

08:35That in memory

08:37They said

08:37One of the major media sources

08:41Said the most consequential election in 129 years

08:45And that gives us a mandate

08:46It gives us a mandate

08:47To do the right things for businesses

08:49We can

08:50We can do what we want to do

08:53Because there's so much incompetence shown

08:55In the last four years

08:56That people just don't want

08:58They don't want to have that anymore

08:59Whether it's the border

09:00Where people pour into our country

09:02Without being even checked or looked at

09:0421 million people

09:06Many of them are not the people you want

09:09I'm going to be very nice

09:10Because this is a little bit different setting

09:12But they're not the people you want

09:14But we now have 99.9% closed

09:18Nobody thought that was possible

09:20We had a very successful border the first time

09:23I won the election the first time in 2016

09:26Because of the border

09:26We made it very good, very fast

09:28But now it's even at a new level

09:30Because I built hundreds of miles of wall

09:32Which we didn't have in the first election

09:35Because I hadn't started that yet

09:37But we will soon have a very safe country

09:40We're getting people out

09:42We need help from the courts

09:44The courts are trying to think

09:45That they're taking privilege

09:47That they shouldn't have

09:48That was not what the election was all about

09:50The election was they want

09:52They want people that shouldn't be there

09:54People that are criminals in many cases

09:58They want them out

09:59And we're going to get them out fast

10:01We just reached a fantastic trade deal

10:04As you know with the United Kingdom

10:05Which was wonderful

10:08And we have another big one

10:10That we just reached with China

10:11China deal is a very big deal

10:14It's in the process of continuing to be formed

10:17But they wanted to make that deal very badly

10:21And we have at the same time

10:23150 countries that want to make a deal

10:27But you're not able to see that many countries

10:29So at a certain point over the next two to three weeks

10:32I think Scott and Howard

10:33Will be sending letters out

10:35Essentially telling people

10:37It would be very fair

10:38But we'll be telling people

10:39What they'll be paying to do business in the United States

10:44So essentially be paying

10:46To be doing business in the United States

10:49I guess you could say they could appeal it

10:51But for the most part

10:52I think we're going to be very fair

10:53But it's not possible to meet the number of people

10:57That want to see us

10:58But this was coming to

11:01UAE was very important

11:02Coming to Saudi Arabia and Qatar

11:06Was very important to me

11:07Because of personal relationships

11:09That I had maybe more than anything else

11:11So it's been an amazing period of time

11:14People have said

11:16Very, very

11:18I mean, I don't know

11:20We're developing a lot of fans

11:21But people have said

11:23They've never seen anything like taking place

11:25Over the last four days

11:26In terms of investment

11:27In terms of the kind of money

11:29Coming back into the United States

11:31And all that money

11:32The money is a nice word

11:33But it's really jobs

11:34We have jobs that are at a level

11:38That we very soon

11:39We'll not be able to

11:41Nobody can duplicate it

11:43And people want to be our partner

11:45They want to be investing in the United States

11:47And they weren't doing that

11:49They weren't happy with the United States

11:51For a pretty long period of time

11:53So we've done something

11:55That I'm very proud of

11:57We'll be heading back now

11:59And I look forward to that
