TIRANA (ALBANIA) (ITALPRESS) - "Per tre lunghi anni abbiamo dimostrato la nostra unità, la nostra determinazione e una cooperazione ancora maggiore per difendere la sovranità dell'Ucraina, per trovare un percorso verso un accordo di pace e solide garanzie di sicurezza per l'Ucraina. E lungo tutto il percorso la maggior parte dei membri della Comunità Politica Europea ha sostenuto sanzioni severe contro la Russia, e queste sanzioni stanno mordendo. Le entrate russe da petrolio e gas sono diminuite di quasi l'80% rispetto a prima della guerra. Il deficit russo sta salendo alle stelle. I tassi di interesse sono proibitivamente alti. L'inflazione è in aumento ben oltre il 10%. E siamo pronti a fare di più per portare Putin al tavolo dei negoziati".
