00:16Luckily, kind shoppers Shelby and Alex heard his tiny meows and climbed up to help.

00:31With guidance from her kitten-fostering aunt, Shelby gave him round-the-clock care.

00:43I have talked to people that are in animal rescue, and they said that everything that we did was fine.
00:50We had no idea that the kitten was just going to fall out.
00:53The fall was not ideal, but he is doing fabulous.
00:56Now, Oscar is at a local rescue, getting vital socialization with other kittens until he's big enough to hopefully reunite with Shelby and Alex permanently.
