At least 21 people were killed in a tragic road accident in Mexico's Puebla city on Wednesday (May 14).

00:08The incident occurred when a cement truck tried to overtake another vehicle,
00:12veering into oncoming traffic before hitting a bus and a van on the Coacanapalan-Oaxaca Highway.
00:18The truck plunged into a ravine and burst into flames.
00:21Puebla authorities said 18 people died at the scene,
00:25and three more in hospital while several others were injured and receiving further treatment.
00:30The Puebla state government said it is working closely with emergency teams to manage the situation
00:35and keep the public informed.
00:38The cause of the crash is under investigation.
