00:06So there's a bill that's proposed to Congress,
00:08and it actually defines what all the different types of cryptocurrencies are,
00:11as well as who's able to regulate them in what form or fashion.
00:14It also is going to lock out newcomers to the space for at least two years from issuing stablecoins,
00:19and it's only going to be the ones that currently exist now
00:22that will be able to exist later on for that period of time.
00:25That means that it's a great time to figure out which winners are in the space
00:29and go ahead and invest.
