00:00Hartz made it clear quite early on after they sacked Neil Critchley that they were keen to get someone in who had Scottish football experience, so the criteria was set and the service was focused around that, so a few names came up, you know, the usual names we published pieces on it, John McGlynn, Stephen Robertson, certain people admired them, but McInnes ticks more boxes I think than anybody else.
00:24If you look back at what he's done, St Johnston, Aberdeen and Clamalach, been around the league for years, knows the players, knows the teams, the venues, all the idiosyncrasies that are involved with being a manager in the Scottish Premiership, so if that's one of the criteria that you want is that Scottish experience, then I think for him it makes sense, not to suggest that John McGlynn or Stephen Robertson or any others couldn't be decent Hartz managers, because I think there's cases for all of them,
00:54but I understand why they want McInnes and it's particularly interesting as well, we published a story today, speaking on Monday, that Derek McInnes name was thrown up last time, when Hartz were after a manager, when they sacked Stephen Naismith last September, Jamestown came up with Derek McInnes as somebody who would be a good fit for Titancastle,
01:14so on two separate occasions he's been flagged up highly, and I don't think it's an opportunity that Hartz will be missing this time.
