00:03Dear Mr. Vice President Timothy Fook,

00:07Your Excellencies, Your Highnesses,

00:10first of all it's a great pleasure to be here in the state of Kuwait

00:14and we would like to thank the Kuwait Olympic Committee

00:17for all the organization and for the hospitality.

00:22The preparations for the Asian Youth Games in October in Bahrain

00:27is going excellent.

00:29We just had the visit of the Coordination Committee last month

00:34and the venues and accommodation are at the highest level

00:39and it's our importance or we keep significant importance

00:44for the athletes to come and participate at the highest level

00:48with all facilities at the highest possible requirements.

00:53And under the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa al-Khalifa,

00:57the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince,

01:02Prince Salman bin Hamad al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister

01:05and also the support of His Highness Sheikh Nasser and Sheikh Khalid.

01:10Bahrain has a vision of development in sports

01:12and we want to be part of the development of Asia in the Olympic movement.

01:18And the hosting of these Asian Youth Games will elevate Bahrain's position globally.

01:26And we are also committed to hosting even more upcoming events.

01:31We will host the Arab Games in 2031 and also are open to hosting many more Olympic events.

01:40So we have a small presentation conducted by the head of the Executive Committee, Mr. Youssef Day.
