00:20Remove all fear of punishment and then look at the lawlessness that will rage on the streets.

00:25There are those who are so afraid that they won't take the law in their hands.

00:29And there are those who are so smart that they break the law and yet don't get caught.

00:33And then there is the third category that commits a crime and also gets caught.
