00:20Yes, absolutely.

00:21It's millions of dollars that will go into a program that helps these children transition

00:25out of foster care to have productive and positive lives.

00:29And I'd like to share a personal story, since you asked, if I may.

00:32I hope the First Lady won't mind.

00:34I was at an event in Florida last year, and I was approached by a gentleman who was a foster

00:41dad.

00:42And he had taken in, I think it was six or seven foster children.

00:46And he spoke to me.

00:48He had recognized me in my work for President Trump's campaign at the time.

00:52And the little boy who was with him talked about the personal relationship that he had

00:57with First Lady Melania Trump.

00:59And the conversation she had had with him and how she really encouraged him to be the best

01:04that he could be during her first term here at the White House.

01:06And how even after she and President Trump left the White House, she kept in very close

01:10touch with this young foster child.

01:12It was a touching moment that I will never forget.

01:15And it speaks to the heart of this First Lady and the great work that she is doing for foster

01:20children.

01:21And this is certainly a very big announcement that I know our Secretary of Housing and Urban

01:25Development is, in particular, very excited about.
